Accessible dialogs — Delete confirmations are now proper dialogs: focus is trapped inside, Esc closes them, and focus returns to where you were. In-app dialogs replaced native browser popups.
Category picker — Categories now display as an indented hierarchy, with a sticky breadcrumb showing the parent path as you scroll.

Analytics counts — The Synced and Completeness figures were showing 0; they now reflect your real catalog.
Live stat counters — Product and brand summary cards update immediately after a delete, no refresh needed.
Security headers — Added HSTS, tightened cross-origin policy, and removed a header that disclosed the tech stack.
