Fulify in a nutshell

Fulify is the PIM for the next generation of commerce.

It's a Product Information Management platform that gives you one place to structure, manage and enrich your entire product catalog, then sync it to your sales channels.

Fulify syncs to BigCommerce and Shopify, with as many stores as you run, and connects to Linnworks so your warehouse knows about products the moment they exist. Fulify is your single source of truth for product data: update once, publish everywhere.

How Fulify works

  • Build your product structure. Set up brands, categories, attribute templates and variant options that describe your catalog. Fulify adapts to the way you organize products, not the other way around.
  • Enrich your products. Manage names, descriptions, images, pricing, variants, SEO, feed data and compliance details, one at a time or in bulk.
  • Publish to your channels. Connect your BigCommerce and Shopify stores, assign products to each one, and sync. You control exactly what goes where, and what customers see.

Key concepts

New to PIM? These are the building blocks you'll work with:

  • Products: the items in your catalog, with all their data and variants.
  • Attributes: structured fields that describe your products, such as material, fit or care instructions.
  • Brands and categories: how you organize and group your products. Categories become collections on Shopify.
  • Channels: the stores your product data is published to, such as your BigCommerce or Shopify store.
  • Apps: connected systems that aren't storefronts, such as Linnworks for your warehouse.

Ready to dive in? Start here:

  1. Find your way around. Take the quick tour in What is Fulify? and Sign in and find your way around.
  2. Connect a channel. Link your first BigCommerce or Shopify store. See Add a channel.
  3. Import your catalog. Seed from BigCommerce or upload a CSV. See Import products.
  4. Enrich and publish. Complete your product data, then sync it live. See Products overview and Sync, Channel Sync and Show on Storefront.
