Sign in and find your way around
This page covers signing in for the first time and the main parts of the Fulify interface, so you always know where to find things.
Signing in
Fulify is invitation only. There's no public sign-up: an admin in your organization invites you from Settings → Team, and you receive an email with a link to set up your account.
- Open the invitation email and follow the link to create your account.
- After that, sign in at your Fulify URL with the same email address.
The top navigation bar
Every page has the same bar across the top:
| Link | Where it takes you |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | A welcome page with catalog counts, connected channels, quick actions and anything waiting for you. |
| Products | Your product catalog: create, edit, filter and bulk-edit. |
| Brands | Brands and manufacturers. |
| Categories | Your category hierarchy. |
| Analytics | Product analytics: channel sync status, inventory alerts and catalog completeness. |
| Export | Download your catalog as CSV. |
| Actions | Things that need a decision from you. |
| Settings | Sales channels, apps, team, templates, attributes and organization defaults. |
On the right you'll see your organization's name, a light/dark theme toggle and your user menu (for your profile and signing out). On smaller screens the links collapse into a menu button at the top left.
The Actions badge
When something needs your attention, a small amber dot appears on Actions in the navigation bar, and the Dashboard shows a preview of the waiting items. For example, a product that can't be sent to a connected app because it has no SKU shows up here.
Open Actions to see each item with a link to fix it. Some items can be closed with Mark handled. Marking an item handled only updates Fulify's record; it doesn't change anything in the connected system.
The product editor layout
When you open a product, every section is on one page:
- A section nav down the left (Basic Information, Categories, Visibility & Status, Content, and so on). Click a section to jump to it, and the nav highlights the section you're reading. On a phone, the nav becomes a drop-down at the top.
- A live Quality score in the nav, with a list of what's still missing.
- A bar at the top with the product name, Sync, History and Back to Products. Once the product is assigned to a channel, tabs for the Main Record and each channel appear, along with Add to Channel.
- A save bar pinned to the bottom of the page. It shows how many unsaved changes you have and has Cancel and Save buttons.
If you try to leave the page with unsaved changes, Fulify asks before discarding them.
