What is Fulify?
Fulify is a Product Information Management (PIM) platform. It's the one place where your team creates, enriches and organizes product data, and then syncs that catalog out to your sales channels (BigCommerce and Shopify) and to connected apps such as Linnworks.
Instead of editing the same product in several stores, you edit it once in Fulify and push the change everywhere it needs to go.
The core ideas
- Fulify is the source of truth. Your catalog lives in Fulify. Channels are destinations: you push data to them rather than editing products inside each store.
- One catalog, many channels. Connect as many BigCommerce and Shopify stores as you need. There's no "primary" store. Each channel is an independent destination, and a product reaches only the channels you assign it to.
- Enrich once, sync everywhere. Descriptions, images, pricing, SEO, feed data, customs data and attributes are captured once in Fulify and mapped to each channel's own fields.
- Overrides where you need them. Most data is shared, but you can override specific values (such as a price or SKU) for one channel or one variant.
- Stock stays with your warehouse. Fulify doesn't hold stock levels. Your order or warehouse system (for example Linnworks) owns quantities. Fulify sends the inventory tracking setting so the channel knows how to count stock.
How the app is organized
| Area | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | A welcome page with catalog counts, anything that needs attention, connected channels and quick actions. |
| Products | Create, edit, filter and bulk-edit your products and variants. |
| Brands | The brands and manufacturers your products belong to. |
| Categories | Your category hierarchy. Shopify shows these as collections. |
| Analytics | Sync status, inventory tracking and catalog completeness across your catalog. |
| Export | Download products, brands or categories as CSV. |
| Actions | Items that need a decision, such as a product that can't reach a connected app. |
| Settings | Sales channels, apps, team, templates, attributes, tax and organization defaults. |

Your first steps
- Connect a channel. Go to Settings, open Sales Channels and add your BigCommerce or Shopify store. See Add a channel.
- Set your organization defaults. In Settings → General, choose your currency, units, timezone and whether Fulify manages pricing. See General settings.
- Bring in your catalog. Seed an empty catalog from a connected BigCommerce store, or import a CSV file. See Import products.
- Enrich your products. Add descriptions, images, pricing, SEO, attributes and variants. See Edit a product.
- Assign and sync. Assign products to a channel, check that they're ready, then sync. See Sync, Channel Sync and Show on Storefront.
Want the warehouse to know about products as soon as they exist? Install Linnworks from Settings → Apps. See Install Linnworks.
