Export your catalog
The Export page downloads your catalog as a CSV file. Use it to back up your data, share it with a supplier or marketplace tool, or edit products in a spreadsheet and import them again.
Where to find it
Click Export in the top navigation bar.
Export products
- Make sure the Products tab is selected.
- Narrow down what to export (optional):
- Search (name or SKU)
- Brand
- Category, shown with its full path
- Type: Physical or Digital
- Visibility: Visible or Hidden
- Sync status: Synced, Pending, Error or Not synced
- Choose your columns. Select all ticks every column and Minimal keeps just SKU and name. SKU is always included.
- Check the live count at the bottom, which shows how many products match.
- Click Export CSV.
The file uses the same columns as the CSV importer, so it re-imports cleanly. See Import products.
Include variants
Switch on Include variants to export products together with their variants:
- A product with variants becomes a parent row followed by one variant row per variant, linked by Parent SKU, with Option1 to Option3 columns for the option names and values.
- A product without variants stays a single row.
Variant exports always use the full column set, so column selection is turned off while this is on.
Large exports
If more than 10,000 products match, Fulify builds the file in the background instead. Click Email me the CSV and you'll get an email with a download link when it's ready.
Background exports appear under Recent exports on the Export page, where you can see whether each one is preparing, ready, failed or expired. Download links last 7 days.
Export brands or categories
Select the Brands or Categories tab, optionally search, and click Export CSV.
