Change prices in bulk
Change prices… lets you update the sale, base or retail price of many products at once, for example to put a whole season on sale or end a promotion. Fulify always shows you what will change before you apply it, and you can undo the change afterwards.
Select the products
Start on the Products list and select the products you want to reprice.
- Use Filters to narrow the list. The Attribute filter is especially useful here: choose a value such as Sale Season: AW26 Q3 to select every product with that attribute. Each value shows how many products carry it.
- Tick the checkbox in the table header to select every product on the page. To select more at once, show up to 200 products per page.
Change the prices
- With your products selected, click More in the bulk bar, then Change prices….
- Under Which price, choose Sale price, Base price or Retail price (RRP).
- Under What to do, choose one of:
- Reduce by a percentage or Reduce by an amount
- Increase by a percentage or Increase by an amount
- Set to a fixed price
- Set as a percentage of RRP
- Clear the price (not available for the base price, which is required)
- Enter the percentage or amount.
- Wait for the preview. Fulify checks the change automatically a moment after you stop typing.
- Review the preview, then click Apply.
Apply stays disabled until a preview has loaded, and changing any input clears the preview, so you always see what will happen first.
How new prices are worked out
- Reductions and increases start from the price you chose. If that price is empty (for example, a product with no sale price yet), Fulify works from the base price.
- Set as a percentage of RRP works from the retail price. For example, 80 sets the price to 80% of RRP.
- Prices are rounded to two decimal places.
Reading the preview
The preview shows how many products will change, with a sample of old and new prices. It also tells you about anything that needs a second look:
- Skipped products, with the reason, for example no price to work from, no retail price, result would be negative, already at that price or already empty.
- Channel overrides: products that also have a channel-specific price. They're still updated, but that channel keeps showing its own price.
- Variant prices: products whose variants have their own prices. Those variant prices aren't changed, so on the store those variants keep their current price.
- Pricing management off: if pricing management is turned off in Settings → General, the change is saved in Fulify only and isn't sent to your channels.
After you apply
The change is all or nothing: either every product in the preview is updated, or none are. Changed products are marked as pending, so sync them to push the new prices to your channels. See Sync products to a channel.
Each change is recorded in the product's history.
Undo a price change
After applying, the dialog stays open with Undo this change. Undo restores the previous prices of products that still have the price this change set. If a product has been edited since, it's left alone and the result tells you how many were skipped.
