Ready for sale season: filter by any attribute and change prices in bulk

v4.0.285 – 4.0.302NewImproved

Putting a season's range on sale used to mean finding the products one way and repricing them another. Both steps now live in the product list.

Filter by any attribute

The Products page has a new Attribute filter. Pick an attribute and a value and the list narrows to the products that have it, across your whole catalog. Each value shows a live count — for example "Sale Season: AW26 Q3 · 325" — so you know how many products you're about to work with before you select them.

Change prices on many products at once

Select products, open More in the bulk bar and choose Change prices…. Pick the price to change — Sale price, Base price or Retail price (RRP) — and how:

  • Reduce by a percentage
  • Reduce by an amount
  • Increase by a percentage
  • Increase by an amount
  • Set to a fixed price
  • Set as a percentage of RRP
  • Clear the price

You see the result before anything changes

As you type, Fulify works out a preview of every product the change will touch. Apply stays disabled until that preview is on screen, and says why while it waits. Change any input and the preview refreshes.

The preview is honest about what won't change:

  • Products that will be skipped are named, with the reason — including products where the new price would equal the current one.
  • Products whose channel override will keep their own price on a channel are counted, so a sale price doesn't silently miss a store.
  • Variants that carry their own price are reported, since the change applies to the product price.
  • Clear isn't offered for the base price, which every product needs.

All of it or none of it, and you can undo it

A price change applies to every product in the run or to none of them. If something goes wrong partway, nothing is left half-changed.

Every run is recorded in each product's History, and the result stays on screen with an Undo. Undo puts back the old price only where the price is still the one the run set, so it won't overwrite an edit someone has made since. The undo is recorded too.

Repriced products are marked as needing a sync. What to do: when you're happy with the new prices, sync the products to send them to your channels.

Sort by quality

You can now sort the product list by quality score, worst first, to work through the products that most need attention.
