Extra seats, customs information on BigCommerce, and settings your whole team can see
Buy extra seats without changing plan
Every plan includes a set number of members — 2 on Starter, 5 on Growth, 15 on Scale. Until now, running out meant upgrading the whole plan. You can now add seats in packs of 5, 10 or 20 from Settings → Team. The seats are available the moment the purchase goes through, and Settings → Billing shows how many you've added on top of your plan.
Customs information reaches BigCommerce
The HS code, country of origin and customs description you keep in Fulify weren't being sent to BigCommerce's Customs Information at all. They are now.
At the same time, syncing no longer removes custom fields you created yourself in BigCommerce, and product attributes and custom fields no longer overwrite each other.
What to do: sync the products whose customs details matter to you, and BigCommerce will pick them up.
Everyone in the organisation sees the same settings
Some settings lists — Variant Options among them — showed only the entries the current person had created, so a colleague could open a page and find it empty. Every settings list now shows everything in your organisation, whoever created it.
No more duplicate images on BigCommerce
When a product already had images on BigCommerce, a sync could upload Fulify's copies alongside them, leaving each picture on the store twice. Fulify now recognises images that are already there and adopts them instead.
If an earlier sync left duplicates on a product, delete the extra copies on BigCommerce. They won't come back.
Smaller things
- If your session expires, Fulify signs you out. Before, a save made after the session had ended could look as if it had worked.
- Syncing no longer creates duplicate options or variants on BigCommerce when they already exist.
- Variant override SKUs show in full, instead of being cut short until they all looked the same.
- The Team page shows names, not just avatars, and a refused invitation says why instead of "Forbidden".
