Invite your team, publish Shopify combined listings, and find any setting by typing
Two features people have been asking for, a Settings page you can actually find things on, and a long list of fixes that make the app say what it's doing.
Manage your own team
Organisation admins can now run their team from Settings → Team: invite someone by email with a role, revoke a pending invite, change a member's role, or remove a member. Seats are counted against your plan's member limit, and Fulify won't let you remove or demote the last admin — someone always has to be able to manage billing.
Publish variant groups as Shopify combined listings
An External Variant Group — products that are really one item in several colours, say — can now be published to Shopify as a native combined listing. Open the group in Settings → External Variant Groups and choose Publish as a Shopify combined listing.
The group's name becomes the listing title, its display name becomes the option name, and each member's label becomes an option value, in your sort order. If a member can't be included — it isn't on that Shopify store, it's hidden, it has no label, or it shares a label with another member — Fulify tells you which one and why, rather than quietly leaving it out. Once a listing exists, changes to the group keep it up to date.
Settings, grouped and searchable
The Settings page now groups its tiles by what they're for, and has a search box. Type "tax", "swatch" or "webhook" and the right tile is there.
Linnworks: country-specific tax rate
Settings → Apps → Linnworks has a new Country specific tax rate setting. It starts as "no opinion", which means Fulify leaves whatever is set in Linnworks alone. It only writes the setting if you choose a value.
Fulify says what it's doing
- Sync errors say what's actually wrong. When a channel refuses a product, you now see the channel's reason, not a general "sync failed".
- A Linnworks-only sync isn't a failure. A product that goes only to Linnworks, with no storefront channel, no longer reports as failed.
- Destination switches follow Sync. While a product's Sync is off, its per-destination switches are greyed out, so it's clear nothing will leave Fulify.
- Deleting a category tells the truth. The confirmation used to say the category would also be removed from your channels. It isn't — it's removed from Fulify and unlinked, but stays on the store. The dialog now says exactly that, and the button reads Delete from Fulify. Remove the category on the channel yourself if you want it gone there.
- Category sync and delete controls ask first instead of acting the moment you click.
- Error messages stay up long enough to read.
- Dashboard quality figures are exact, and "Excellent" means the same thing everywhere it appears.
Editing
- The product editor now keeps track of unsaved changes and asks before you leave the page with them.
- The section navigation down the side of the editor goes where you click and highlights the section you're in.
- Option lists are split on new lines only, so a comma can be part of an option value — "Red, White & Blue" stays one value.
- Badges, features and selection guides are no longer squeezed into small fixed-height scroll boxes.
- Form fields show a visible focus ring again when you tab through them.
- The progress banner no longer blocks clicks on the bulk toolbar underneath it.
