Manage channels
Once a store is connected, you manage it from Settings → Sales Channels. Each store has its own card, where you can rename it, sync all of its products, set per-channel defaults, replace its API token and disconnect it.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Sales Channels, at /settings/channels.
What's on a channel card
- The platform logo and a platform badge (BigCommerce or Shopify).
- The channel name, with a pencil to rename it.
- A green check showing the store is connected, and the store's identifier (store hash or shop domain).
- Override badges for any per-channel currency, measurement system or timezone you've set.
Rename a channel
- Click the pencil next to the channel name.
- Type the new name.
- Press Enter or click the check to save. Press Esc or click the cross to cancel.
The name is only a label in Fulify. It doesn't change anything on the store.
Sync All Products
Click Sync All Products to sync every product assigned to the channel, one after another. The button shows progress as done/total, a bar under the card shows how many have synced and failed, and a message appears when it's finished.
If no products are assigned to the channel yet, Fulify tells you so. Products whose Sync or Channel Sync switch is off are refused and counted as failed. See Sync products to a channel.
Per-channel settings
Click the gear to open the channel's settings. Here you can override your organization's defaults (set under Settings → General) for this channel only:
- Currency
- Measurement System: Imperial (lbs, in) or Metric (kg, cm).
- Scheduling Timezone
Each setting shows Using global default until you change it. Click Reset to global default to go back to inheriting it. Click Save Settings when you're done.
Replace a BigCommerce API token
BigCommerce channels have a key button, Replace API token. Use it when you rotate the token on your BigCommerce API account.
- Click the key button.
- Paste the new Access token.
- Click Verify and save.
Fulify checks the new token with BigCommerce before saving it. If BigCommerce rejects it, the existing token stays in place. The channel, its products and its sync history are all kept, because only the credential changes.
Disconnect a channel
- Click the unplug button on the channel card.
- Confirm with Disconnect.
Disconnecting archives the channel rather than deleting it. Its sync history, product assignments, overrides, and brand and category links are kept but hidden, and Fulify stops syncing to it and stops showing its status on products, brands and categories. Nothing is removed from the store itself.
To bring it back, add the same store again with Add Channel. Fulify reconnects the existing channel with everything as it was. See Add a channel.
