Webhooks
Webhooks let Fulify tell another system the moment a product changes. Fulify sends a request to the URL you choose each time a product is created, updated or deleted, so your iPaaS, OMS or own service stays up to date without checking for changes. Only organization admins can manage webhooks.
This page covers setting up endpoints. For the payload format and how to verify signatures, see Webhooks for developers.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Webhooks, or open /settings/webhooks.
Add an endpoint
- Click Add endpoint.
- Enter the Endpoint URL. It must be a public HTTPS URL.
- Optionally add a Description, for example "Linnworks sync".
- Under Events, tick the events you want: Product created, Product updated or Product deleted. Leave them all unticked to receive every event.
- Click Add endpoint.
Each endpoint gets its own signing secret. Use the reveal and copy icons on the endpoint to get it, and give it to whoever builds the receiving side so they can check that requests really come from Fulify.
Manage endpoints
Each endpoint in the list shows its URL, the events it receives, and when it last succeeded. From there you can:
- Test — send a test event and see the response your endpoint returned.
- Disable or Enable — pause and resume deliveries without deleting the endpoint.
- Delete — remove the endpoint. Fulify stops sending events to it.
If deliveries keep failing, Fulify disables the endpoint automatically and shows Auto-disabled after repeated failures. The most recent error appears on the endpoint. Fix the receiving side, then click Enable.
