Customs & compliance templates
Customs & compliance templates bundle the US CPSC details that are usually shared across a brand's products: manufacturer, point of contact, testing lab and certificate information. Create a template once here, then assign it to products in the product editor instead of retyping the same details on every product.
Customs & compliance templates need a plan that includes templates (Growth or higher).

Export CPSC CSV
Click Export CPSC CSV to download a CSV of your products' customs and compliance data in CPSC format.
Assign a template to a product
In the product editor, open the Customs & Compliance section. Under US Safety Compliance (CPSC), choose the template from the Compliance Template dropdown. The editor shows the template's details as a read-only preview. Product-specific customs fields, like the HS code, are set on the product itself.
