Quick access fields
Quick Access Fields let you pick the product fields you edit most often. Once you've chosen them, each product in the Products list gets a Quick edit button (the lightning icon) that opens a short form with just those fields, so you can make quick changes without opening the full product editor.
Your selection applies to everyone in your organization.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Quick Access Fields, or open /settings/quick-access.
Choose your fields
- Go to Settings → Quick Access Fields.
- Click a field to select it. Selected fields show a checkmark.
- Watch the counter, for example 4 / 10 selected. You can choose up to 10 fields. Once you reach the limit, the other fields are disabled until you deselect one.
- Click Save Quick Access Fields.
To start over, click Clear All.

- Pricing & Codes
- Inventory & Stock
- SEO & Marketing
- Shipping & Settings
- Visibility & Status
- Merchandising
Use Quick Edit
On the Products list, click the lightning icon on a product's row to open its Quick Edit page. Change the fields and click Save Changes. For anything else, use the full editor.
The Quick edit button only appears once you've saved at least one quick access field.
