FAQ templates
FAQ templates are reusable sets of questions and answers. Write the FAQs that apply to a group of products once, for example care instructions or delivery questions, then assign the template to each product instead of retyping them.
FAQ templates need a plan that includes them (Growth or higher).
Where to find it
Go to Settings → FAQ Templates, or open /faq-templates. You can also click Manage FAQ Templates on the Content Templates page.
Create an FAQ template
- Click New Template.
- Under Basic Information, enter a Name (required, for example "General Product FAQs") and an optional Description.
- Leave Template is enabled ticked to make it available, or untick it to keep it as a draft.
- Under FAQs, click Add FAQ and enter the question and its Answer. Repeat for each question.
- Click Create Template.
To change a template later, click its name or Edit, make your changes, and click Save Changes.
Manage your templates
The list shows each template's Name, how many FAQs it holds, how many Products use it, and its Status. You can:
- Search templates... by name, and filter by status (All Status, Enabled, Disabled).
- Use the status switch on a row to enable or disable a template.
- Tick several templates and click Delete Selected, or use Delete on a single row.
You can't delete a template that's assigned to products. Remove it from those products first.
Assign a template to a product
In the product editor, choose the template from the FAQ Template dropdown, then save the product.
